Our immigration specialists have more than 10 years of tremendous experience in this industry for all types of UK visa application. We are also granted a license by BAR standard Board so we can represent your case in front of immigration judges.

Step One: Consultation
Starting from a private and confidential consultation to fully understand your background, personal circumstances and immigration plans, our immigration specialist will advise you immigration options and instruct the timeline for visa application. Any immigration questions can be clearly answered and explained during the consultation by our immigration specialists who have more than 10 years’ experience specialising in immigration.
Consultation fee is deductible from the service charge should you use our service.
We work on a fixed cost basis only and no hidden fees.
Step Two: Decide to use our service
Once you decide to use our immigration service, we require you to sign a letter of authorisation to instruct us to represent your visa application. We will also send you our client care letter which demonstrates all the information of what we need and how we assist your application etc.
Step Three: Payment
Half of service charge is requested to start processing your visa application and remaining half needs to be paid before submission of your application to UK Visas and Immigration. You will receive our automated email with receipt attached when you make any payment to us and also the invoice when your case is complete and closed.
We are VAT registered limited company and any service charge we quote has to add VAT (20% of service charge).
Step Four: Work on your visa application
Initially, we will collect some personal information and immigration information regarding your online application form and also customise a list of documents for your preparation. Afterwards, our immigration specialist will guide you to prepare the documents, review and check the documents and advise you if there is any improvement needed. We may also write you a cover letter if your case is complicated, which helps make immigration caseworker clearly understand your application and documents. Step Five: Submit your application to UK Visas and Immigration
Our immigration specialist will complete your application and online submit to UKVI. We will also assist to arrange a biometric appointment at a UKVI approved service point for you according to available slots and your preference. Basically, you don’t need to worry anything if you choose our service.
Any outstanding fee is due at this step.
Step Six: Processing period
Processing time of UK visa application depends on visa category and service you choose. Super priority service is that client normally can get the decision within 24 hours after taking fingerprints. Priority service is 5 working days standard. Standard service is from 8 weeks and up to 6 months. During this waiting period, all the communication and contact from UKVI will come to us and we’ll response on your behalf for all. For some applications, there may be an interview required, our immigration specialist will guide you to prepare and you’ll be calm to answer the questions during the interview.
Step Seven: Receiving decision from Home Office
Once we receive any news, email or post regarding your application, we will inform you immidately and let you know what you can do and cannot do under your leave. If you choose our package service (from initial, extension to settlement), we will look after your case throughout the whole period and update useful immigration information for your case in order to prepare in advance and accordingly.
